During the Corona Virus Lockdown we are happy to be offer free delivery in the York area.

All orders will be dispatched Royal Mail First Class within 2/3 days. 

Small Parcel - £2.50

Medium Parcel - £4.00

Large Parcel - £8.00

Collections

Unfortunately collections are currently limited due to quarantine restrictions.

Returns 

If you are unhappy with your item & want to return it, please notify us within 14 days at thevintagerose.york@hotmail.com.

Goods must then be returned in 14 days following notification, unused & in original condition, to The Vintage Rose.

Delivery & postage charges are nonrefundable. Please obtain a proof of postage when returning items. 

If you believe there has been damage to your item, please take a photo & contact us within 24 hours of arrival.

As many of our items are vintage they have a degree of wear & flaws. We try our best to describe any flaws & show this in the item photographs. Please feel free to ask questions.
